Good stay
Rooms are spacious and clean with good service. Swimming pool was clean and gives great view. Location is very good with Marina Mall in the same campus.
Rooftop restaurant was empty for dinner and they asked us to try the other restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast is ok.

NON RECOMMANDABLE. Hotel très excentré. Au petit déjeuner, un rat énorme (20 cm) a sauté d'un meuble de la cuisine ouverte sur le buffet et a couru à travers les plats tout le long de la table avant de se cacher à nouveau dans la cuisine. Nous avons alerté mais recevant des plates excuses. L'hotel a voulu nous facturer le petit déjeuner malgré tout. Tous les étages sont équipés de hauts-parleurs qui déversent une musique en continu, de 6h du matin à 23h, si forte qu'elle fait office de réveil, et bon courage si vous devez travailler depuis votre chambre... seulement après 4 demandes jusqu'au General Manager, nous avons obtenu que la musique soit baissée. Les serviettes de bain étaient déchirées et rappées, les WC dans un état douteux. Nous avons écourté le séjour et avons du passer 1 heure à nous faire rembourser (nous avons bataillé car "la réservation n'était pas remboursable" malgré l'histoire du rat...l'hotel a conservé les frais de CB...AUCUNE CONSIDERATION pour les clients, ni aucun geste commercial, juste des gens inutiles au sourire faux et qui n'en ont rien à faire). Détestable.
